Join ECNP on 17-18 March 2024 to be part of 'A consensus roadmap for a new diagnostic framework for mental disorders'. Explore how the new pathways neurobiology is opening to precision diagnostics have the potential to transform neuropsychiatric treatment science.

Participants can register to join the meeting virtually from anywhere in the world. Sessions will be available on-demand until 19 March 2024 at 23:59 CET, accommodating different time zones.

Early career scientists in Europe can now apply for the ECNP Workshop on Clinical Research Methods, 20-22 November 2024 in Barcelona, Spain! This workshop introduces early career clinicians (psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, etc.) to research methodology and how to apply critical thinking to literature relevant to clinical practice.

The Neuroscience-based Nomenclature (NbN) is a collaborative effort by five international organisations: ECNP, CINP, ACNP, AsCNP, and IUPHAR, aimed at providing a pharmacologically driven framework for psychiatric medications

Winners of 2024
ECNP congratulates Larry Abbott, Terrence Sejnowski and Haim Sompolinsky on being awarded the 2024 Brain Prize! Their pioneering work in computational and theoretical neuroscience has laid crucial foundations for advancing our understanding of the brain.

The Brain Prize, the world’s largest brain research prize, is awarded by the Lundbeck Foundation. Each year, DKK 10 million (EUR 1,3 million) is given to one or more brain researchers who have made a groundbreaking impact on brain research.
